How to Change Router Admin Password in NCM

PROCEDURE

1. Log into NetCloud Manager.
2. Select the checkbox next to the desired device on the Device Dashboard.
3. Click Configuration drop down menu and click Edit.
4. Navigate to the System tab and click Administration.
5. Click Router Security.
6. Change the password.

NOTE: Passwords need to be at least eight characters long and include at least one capital letter, one number, and one special character.

1. Click Save.
2. At the bottom of the edit configuration window, click the Commit Changes button and then click Save. The pop-up window will close and the password will be updated.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The password can ONLY be unmasked when creating a new password.
