What are the NetCloud requirements?

• All newer Enterprise-grade Cradlepoint routers manufactured after 2014 are manageable on NetCloud Manager (NCM) with a minimum Firmware of 4.4.3.
• Routers must sync with a time server before they can communicate with NetCloud Manager.
• Routers must be able to resolve the host name stream.cradlepointecm.com to communicate with NetCloud Manager. 
• Traffic destined for NetCloud Manager crosses the public internet. For private network considerations, please see Methods to Access NCM via a Private Network.
