View Data Usage Analytics using the NCM Dashboard

With NCM it is possible review modem data usage at a glance, both on the group level and for each individual router.
- To view data-usage analytic charts and tools from all modem interfaces attached to the routers registered under your account, log into your NCM account, and click on the DASHBOARD tab in the menu on the left.
- Click the Modem Usage tab.
Data Usage Analytic Charts and Tools
The Connected Modem Count by Home Carrier pie chart displays the number of devices by carrier, in proportion to each other.
The Data Usage by Carrier table displays your account's data usage by carrier and provides columns for % of Data Limit Used, Data Used, Billing Start Date, Data Limit, Average Per SIM, and Forecast Usage.
Click the Settings button above the Data Usage by Carrier table to specify:

A monthly billing start date for a specific carrier

The monthly data limit for a specific carrier
The Carrier Data Usage (within billing period) by [Day/Month] bar chart displays data usage consumed by a selected carrier. This chart can be toggled between daily and monthly data-usage views by clicking the Day or Month buttons.
Note: Specify the carrier to use as the basis for the Carrier Data Usage (within billing period) by [Day/Month] chart by selecting a carrier from the Data by Carrier drop-down menu.

The Carrier Data Usage Forecast tool predicts future data usage based on network trends to provide a best and worst case scenario for your end-of-month billing cycle.
Note: A billing start date must be set for graph to be displayed.
The Group Data Usage by Carrier table displays data usage by group.
The Device Data Usage by Carrier table displays data usage by device.
Troubleshooting
There are no data-usage statistics displayed
If you are running a report, or viewing data usage on the Dashboard, and some information is missing, please check the following:

Data Usage Reporting might be disabled for the group

A billing-cycle start date may not be set

The modem might not be reporting any usage

The WAN connection could be completely unused for the selected time period

The modem is disconnected and is not sending data usage statistics to NCM
